Some people may absolutely have to take their Multi  Vitamins in the morning before they work out or walk in order to  maximize their workout and give the body the nutrition’s it needs. you know vitamins and minerals are very important  for many of the body’s natural processes. A lack of these, essential vitamins, can have a negative effect your body and the digestion of  your food.  Now make no mistake about it there is no way that vitamins are a substitute to good old fashion  quality food.
